Job Description
Do you enjoy outdoor activities in winter landscapes? Would you like to spend your days on excursions and guiding international customers? If you answered yes, keep reading. Join the Tocca team to create memorable experiences for customers during the winter season in Rovaniemi 2026-2027! We are looking for guides in Rovaniemi for the winter of 2026-2027, including organizing snowshoeing, Northern Lights, and skiing trips for international clients near the Arctic Circle. Occasionally, trips further from Rovaniemi are also planned. You will receive training and modern equipment. You should be customer service-oriented, helpful, and energetic. You should not be intimidated by busy periods or long shifts, and be able to communicate in English; additional languages are a plus. Knowledge of Rovaniemi and previous guiding experience are advantageous. A driver’s license is also preferred. Accommodation is ideally available independently, but we can assist with arrangements if needed. Our office is located in Rovaniemi, and we are available to support you daily if necessary. The work begins in November-December and lasts until mid or late March. Compensation depends on experience, ranging from €14/h to €18/h plus bonuses. You can call, send a message, or apply.
