We are looking for a property maintenance worker for our client company for the winter season in Äkäslompolo 26-27. The diverse property maintenance tasks include property upkeep, repairs, and servicing, as well as outdoor area maintenance. We expect applicants to have experience or education in the field. Electrical skills/qualifications are considered an advantage. Additionally, the role requires: At least a B driver's license and own car Finnish language skills, and English skills are considered an advantage Independent, precise, and proactive work attitude Positive attitude and good work motivation This is a full-time position from November to March 2027. The work may also require working evenings and weekends at times. Salary is negotiable based on experience, €14-16/hour + bonuses.
