GTM Enablement Specialist - 100% Remote - Europe - Hostaway - Remote - Global

We're looking for a highly organised, systems-minded GTM Enablement Specialist to support the operational success of Hostaway's Global Enablement organisation. This role involves building and maintaining the operational foundation for enablement programs, managing enablement systems, documentation, workflows, learning operations, project coordination, and knowledge management. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure onboarding, certifications, product launches, learning assets, and enablement initiatives are delivered consistently and supported by scalable processes. The candidate should have 2–5+ years of experience in Enablement Operations, Sales Operations, Learning Operations, Program Coordination, Project Management, Revenue Operations, or related roles within SaaS or B2B organizations. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French or Spanish is a strong advantage. The position is fully remote, supporting global business priorities, with occasional travel (10–20%). Responsibilities include managing enablement programs, optimizing enablement technology, designing workflows, partnering cross-functionally, governing the knowledge base, developing dashboards, and implementing operational improvements.
