Sales & Customer Relations Representative (Part-time) - Safai Siivouspalvelut - Tampere, Finland

Safai Cleaning Services is looking for a motivated and reliable Sales & Customer Relations Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help us connect with new customers, maintain good relationships with existing clients, and support the daily communication of the company. Main Responsibilities include contacting potential customers by phone and email, communicating with companies, hotels, and other stakeholders regarding possible cooperation, handling customer inquiries and incoming calls professionally, visiting potential customers and sites when needed, supporting door-to-door customer outreach when necessary, preparing emails, quotations, and simple customer contracts, visiting sites for basic work evaluation and customer meetings, and following up with customers and maintaining good client relationships. Requirements include fluent Finnish skills (spoken and written), good English skills (spoken and written), good communication and customer service skills, basic Microsoft Word and email knowledge, ability to work independently and responsibly, driving license is considered an advantage, and previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus. Job Details: Position: Part-time, Working hours: 0-20 hours per week, Salary: €13.26 per hour, Work type: On-site.
