We are looking for sales professionals for our stores in Kokkola and Kaustinen who want to develop as part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team. This role combines comprehensive customer service, expertise, and the offering of high-quality products and services. Working hours are 30 hours/week and the employment is permanent. Salary: Retail TES table salary (B) plus fair target bonuses. Your daily tasks include, among others: Guiding customers in frame and lens selection and completing sales transactions from order to finalization; Welcoming customers arriving for doctor and optician appointments; Handing over ready-made glasses and small repairs; Booking appointment times according to customer needs. You should be enthusiastic about solution-oriented customer service and sales, confident in recommending products, genuine, energetic, precise, results-oriented, and have good IT skills.
