We are looking for a shift manager: - At Picnici on Kampi level e (90 hours/3 weeks contract) - At Picnici on Kasarmikatu (112.5 hours/3 weeks contract) As a shift manager, you will serve as a role model in daily tasks at Picnic. You will handle situations where you need to motivate, guide, and develop your team. You will act as the right hand to the restaurant manager, not just taking on challenges! A Picnic shift manager inspires others by example and leads the shift decisively towards the restaurant's goals, always ensuring a top-quality customer experience.
