Revenue Manager (Tuottojohtaja) Rovaniemi | Permanent | 3000–6000 €/month We are seeking a Revenue Manager for our client Host It to oversee pricing, sales optimization, and management of OTA channels for a growing accommodation portfolio. Host It currently manages over 150 apartments in the Rovaniemi area, with plans to increase to over 200 apartments in the upcoming season. In this role, you will be central to maximizing occupancy, competitiveness, and revenue in a rapidly developing travel market. The work is analytical and data-driven, requiring an independent work style and the ability to make timely decisions based on market conditions. Responsibilities - Daily optimization of apartment pricing and availability - Active monitoring of market prices and competition - Development of occupancy rate, ADR, and revenue - Management of Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA channels - Optimization of campaigns, minimum stay requirements, and availability - Developing ad copy to be attractive and competitive - Updating images, features, and listing information across channels - Data analysis and continuous market monitoring - Collaboration with operational and marketing teams Requirements - Experience in revenue management, accommodation pricing, or OTA channel management - Understanding of dynamic pricing and market monitoring - Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar booking platforms - Analytical, data-driven, and proactive work approach - Good organizational skills - Fluent English skills Experience with Hostaway or other channel manager and revenue management tools is a plus.
