Job Description
The role includes broad and diverse administrative tasks that require flexibility, good service attitude, initiative, and accuracy. The work is carried out in a decision-making services unit with four employees, supporting all city departments and serving internal and external clients. The decision-making services unit handles the compilation and implementation of meeting documents for all city bodies and the technical preparation of official decisions. Additionally, the unit maintains websites, organizes election-related tasks, reviews purchase invoices, performs coding, reporting, maintains electronic workspaces, and updates information. System and digital skills are essential for success in the administrative secretary role. Experience with case management systems and independent use of electronic meeting systems is advantageous. The qualification requirement is a suitable higher education degree. Experience in municipal administration, document management, and the use of meeting modules and electronic meeting systems is also valued.
