Job Description
Would you like to lead growth, develop the daily operations of restaurants, and have a direct impact on Picnic's future? We are seeking a regional manager for Picnic in a role where you can influence business results, customer experience, the success of supervisors, and support the growth of our franchise entrepreneurs. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about leadership, people, and continuous development. You see each restaurant, restaurant manager, and entrepreneur as an opportunity to build an even stronger Picnic. What does this role involve? You will oversee approximately 5-7 restaurants and act as a mentor and partner to our franchise entrepreneurs. You will be responsible for developing sales, profitability, customer, and employee experience in your region. In your work, you will coach restaurant managers, support entrepreneurs in growing their business, and implement our strategy in the daily operations of restaurants. You will be a visible leader in the restaurants, where customers are served and results are achieved. You will succeed in this role if you: * Have strong experience in leadership roles within the restaurant industry * Have experience with franchising operations, either as an entrepreneur or supporting entrepreneurs * Have a genuine desire to develop people, business, and operational practices * Lead business goals in a targeted and data-driven manner * Build trust with supervisors, staff, and entrepreneurs * Address issues boldly and implement changes in practice * Are passionate about growth, change, and discovering new opportunities Why Picnic? The salary range for this position is €3,800-4,200, depending on skills and experience. Interested?
