Coating Operator for Steel Structures - SOL Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy

We are looking for a coating operator for steel structures for our client in the Lahti area. The position is initially offered as full-time work for 6 months as a SOL Personnel Service employee, with the possibility of extension and direct employment with the client if both parties are satisfied. The selected candidate can start according to the agreement, possibly as early as next Monday! Our client is a domestic industrial company specializing in high-quality steel products, known for reliable production and strong expertise. The company's manufacturing processes are modern, with quality assurance and continuous development playing a central role. The work involves surface treatment of demanding steel frames, trailers, and other heavy structures. The site also uses materials other than steel, so previous experience with handling different materials and understanding their properties is expected. The working language is Finnish, so fluent Finnish skills are required. The ideal candidate values high-quality craftsmanship, clear work processes, and ensuring compliance with standards and work documentation. Experience and skills in industrial high-pressure painting are particularly required. The work also includes metal shot blasting and dip painting. Public transportation to the site is not available, so owning a vehicle is necessary for commuting. The salary is approximately 11-13€/h based on experience and skills, according to the Technology Industry Collective Agreement.
