Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in AI/ML systems to lead quality initiatives across our humanoid and cognitive robotics programs. This role focuses on ensuring end-to-end quality of machine learning data pipelines, model training, and AI system performance within the Physical AI domain. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in AI data quality, model validation, and testing of learning-based systems, ensuring high standards of accuracy, reliability, and robustness. Work style: remote 100% from any place in Finland. Responsibilities include developing quality strategies, managing teams, ensuring standards, identifying bottlenecks, assessing risks, collaborating across teams, establishing KPIs, and maintaining documentation.
