Job Description
Forcit, a Finnish explosive industry company with over 130 years of experience, is building a new TNT production plant in Noormarkku, Pori, starting in 2028. We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to lead HR activities at the Pori plant, focusing initially on organizational building. The role involves developing HR strategies, recruitment, employment relations, HR systems, and promoting well-being and safety culture. The position offers a significant impact on creating a new work community within a serious Finnish group. The workplace is in Pori, with some travel. Responsibilities
- Develop HR strategy and personnel planning for the plant

Requirements

- Experience in recruitment, personnel development, and HR practices
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a broad stakeholder network
- Fluent Finnish and English skills
- Previous experience working with employee representatives and in change and growth situations
- Suitable higher education degree (e.g., MBA, YAMK, or Bachelor of Business)
