Gutter and Roof Safety Product Salesperson - Wulff Works Oy

We are seeking a goal-oriented and solution-focused salesperson for a permanent position with our client. Our client is a financially stable and reputable domestic company that provides solutions related to roof renovation, rainwater systems, and roof safety products for housing companies, businesses, and households. The work is diverse and fast-paced customer service, involving meeting clients, assessing their needs, and offering suitable solutions. Your day will include customer meetings, acquiring new customers, preparing quotes, and close collaboration with marketing and technical teams. Most customer meetings are facilitated through the company's well-known brand and effective marketing, but the role also involves active acquisition of new customers. Previous sales experience is not necessary. The most important qualities are interest in customer work, willingness to learn, and motivation to develop as a sales professional. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and training. Knowledge of construction or building technology is an advantage but not a requirement. We expect you to have a determined work approach, good communication and customer service skills, and courage to face different types of customers. Initiative and ability to work independently are valued. A B-driving license and readiness to travel and work at heights are required. Salary Guaranteed salary of €2,500–3,500 (first 6 months). Base salary approximately €1,000–1,200/month depending on skills and experience, with motivating commission and bonus system, allowing salespeople to earn on average €2,800–5,000/month, with no upper limit.
