Our clients are individuals with disabilities, acquired disabilities, or neurological diseases. The house also offers daytime activities, and the residents live active lives in their own way. Your work includes caring for and guiding clients, administering medication, monitoring well-being, and daily documentation. Experience in medication administration, RAI competence, and previous experience in disability work are considered an advantage, but above all, we value a genuine desire to meet people as individuals and to do good work. Requirements: Suitable education in social and health care, Registration as a social welfare professional in JulkiSuosikki, Vaccination protection against infectious diseases as per section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act and tuberculosis screening as per section 55, Criminal record certificate as required by law for social and health care supervision, Completion of hygiene pass or readiness to complete it within three months of starting employment, Sufficient Finnish language skills.
