Guidance Counselor - Euran kunta - Eura, Finland

In the cultural services of the municipality of Eura, at Kirkonkylä School, two personal guidance counselor positions are available from August 10, 2026, to June 5, 2027. Kirkonkylä School is a community of 171 students and about 40 staff members. The school has general education classes 1-6, one class for students requiring intensive special support, and two special classes. Our school culture values good cooperation skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changes in the often rapidly changing daily situations. Applicants are preferred to have a guidance counselor qualification or other suitable education for the field, e.g., a practical nurse qualification. The weekly working hours are 26-27 hours. Selected candidates must, before the confirmation of the appointment, and no later than 30 days after receiving the decision, present a criminal background check related to working with children, in accordance with law 504/2002, section 3.
