Project Specialist, Dual-Use Technologies - Turun ammattikorkeakoulu Oy - Turku, Finland

As a project specialist, you will work on diverse research group projects related to dual-use technologies and the defense industry. You will actively participate in project teams, with main responsibilities including project implementation to achieve project goals and monitoring of project components. You will contribute your expertise to project preparation, publication writing, and the design of project information systems. Your tasks will particularly focus on the upcoming Military Metaverse for Multi-Domain Operations (MilVerse4MDO) project. You will work in Turku, Finland, at Turku University of Applied Sciences. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in programming with Python and C#, Unity3D skills are a plus. Interest in defense industry technologies, familiarity with backend systems, AI prototyping, project management, and team coaching are essential. The position is temporary, starting 15.9.2026, for the duration of the MilVerse4MDO project, with a six-month probation period. The role requires a relevant higher education degree and the ability to work in Finnish and English.
