Job Description
The role of a school assistant is to support students with school-related matters at school, during school hours, and on school trips, as well as to assist teachers in student upbringing, teaching, and guidance. The responsibilities of a school assistant include: - Assisting students in completing tasks during lessons - Participating with teachers in preparing and organizing lessons and other school activities - Familiarizing oneself with the educational goals and procedures for individual students - Participating in planning and assessment related to students as necessary for the job - Promoting educational objectives, student independence, self-sufficiency, self-esteem, and balanced personality development - Supervising the afternoon activity group for students.
