The primary placement is at Lohja Hospital, and the work focuses on responsible units treating mood and psychotic disorders, geropsychiatric patients, and acute psychiatric patients. The position involves substitution work, potentially across lines if needed. The social worker works within a multidisciplinary team and participates in assessing, treating, and rehabilitating patients with social work expertise. Key tasks include evaluating and investigating the patient's social and economic situation, work and functional capacity, and rehabilitation needs, as well as collaborating with family, relatives, and networks. The work is independent and diverse. The role requires good communication skills, networking and collaboration abilities, and self-direction. Knowledge of the service system and experience in health social work in psychiatry are considered advantageous.
