We are looking for two skilled welders to join our client's team for long-term employment. Job descriptionIn this role, you will work on the fabrication of various metal structures and components. The work involves welding parts ranging from small components to large assemblies handled with a crane. The primary material is black iron. The work includes MIG/MAG and TIG welding. Attention to detail, quality assurance, and working according to drawings are emphasized. For one of the welders, interest and motivation to develop skills in laser welding are also desired – previous experience with laser welding is an advantage, but the willingness to learn new skills is most important. We expect from you:Experience in MIG/MAG and TIG weldingEducation and/or practical experience in metal industryAbility to read drawingsCareful and quality work attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work in two shiftsExperience or at least valid welding certifications are a plus, but the most important thing is the willingness to obtain the necessary qualifications.
