Job Description

Are you passionate about retail and the fast-paced world of department stores, sales, and customer service? Are you self-driven and energetic? Do you have enthusiasm and motivation to develop your skills in the field? We are now looking for a STORE MANAGER for our department store in Lappeenranta for a fixed-term employment (maternity leave replacement from July 28, 2027, to August 31, 2027) As a store manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the department store in close cooperation with the department store manager. You will ensure that the store always has sufficient products, attractive displays that draw customers, and optimal staffing at all times. You will act as the direct supervisor of the store staff and be part of the store management team. We expect from you: - Commercial education and/or experience in supervisory roles in retail. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to take responsibility and work independently. - Positive attitude and flexibility. - Willingness to work all shifts in the department store, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. - Finnish language skills, as well as English and Swedish language skills, are considered an advantage. The store manager position is permanent and full-time, with an average of 37.5 hours per week. Salary and start date will be agreed upon. Interested?
