Crusher Machine Operator - Wulff Works Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are seeking a skilled and motivated crusher machine operator for our client at a recycling facility in Helsinki. As a crusher machine operator, you will be responsible for handling and crushing construction waste at our facility. The role includes operating machinery, managing material flows, and daily monitoring and basic maintenance of equipment. The work is central to efficient recycling and reuse of construction waste. Your tasks include operating and adjusting the crusher machine according to production needs, receiving, processing, and sorting construction waste, monitoring equipment condition and performing minor maintenance, following and developing safety instructions, and collaborating with other production staff. We expect you to have experience with construction machinery or crushing equipment, hold a valid safety card, be proactive and responsible, have good physical condition and readiness for outdoor work in varying conditions, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
