About the position We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-oriented Key Account Manager to join our Sales Finland team. In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key veterinary clinic accounts, driving both growth and profitability while building long-term partnerships with customers. At the heart of this role is a strong commitment to customer centricity—you genuinely care about understanding your customers’ needs and translating insights into meaningful solutions that create value for both the customer and the business. Combined with your passion for animal health, you are motivated by making a difference in an industry that supports the wellbeing of animals and those who care for them. You will play a central role in developing and executing strategic account plans, working closely with veterinarians, clinic owners, and key decision-makers. With a strong focus on solution selling, you will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, turning customer insights into actionable business opportunities. As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for delivering on key sales and profitability targets, while ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will lead negotiations, manage contracts, and actively contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking at the customer level. Collaboration is key in this role. You will work cross-functionally with colleagues in areas such as assortment, marketing, and supply chain to deliver seamless customer experiences and support business growth. At the same time, you stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs to keep your accounts ahead of the curve.
