CNC Lathe Operator for Bar Automatic Lathes, Permanent - Click Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are currently seeking a new colleague on a direct hire basis for our long-established customer company specializing in machining services, particularly turning, in a warm and small work community. The order backlog is growing, and the business outlook is good. The company's location is in South Tampere. The company's production mainly consists of small machined parts, such as shafts, bushings, nuts, thread inserts, flanges, pins, rivets, and studs. The number of turned parts is often large, thousands of pieces. Bar automatic lathes are ideal for this purpose, and the company has several of them. A brand new Mazak CNC lathe for machining different types of parts will also be introduced soon. Success in this role requires basic knowledge of machining technology, which can be well-founded through education such as a machine and production technology machinist qualification. Multiple adjustments are made throughout the day. A flexible attitude, proactive, and independent work approach are important traits for smooth work, and we hope the new colleague shares these values. Working hours are weekday shifts from 7:00 to 15:30 and 13:30 to 22:00, totaling 40 hours per week. The position follows the industrial sector collective agreement. Salary is based on TES / skills. The position can be started promptly or by agreement during August directly in employment with our client company.
