Social Worker for Child and Family Social Work Imatra - Etelä-Karjalan hyvinvointialue - Lappeenranta, Finland

The role involves working with children and families, coordinating multi-professional networks, and managing client processes and service planning. You will handle reports and applications under social welfare law, providing planned and goal-oriented social work with a focus on change. Join our professional team, participate in development, and receive comprehensive onboarding and support. Qualifications include a degree in social work and legal authorization to practice. The position requires independence, cooperation, communication skills, and experience with children and families. A valid driver’s license is advantageous. The role begins on 24.8.2026 or as agreed, with interviews scheduled for 11.8.2026 and 12.8.2026. The employment is subject to a six-month trial period. Salary and terms are according to the SOTE agreement. Applicants must provide a medical certificate and criminal record extract within 30 days of selection.
