Construction Helper - WorkPower Rakennus Otava Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are looking for a motivated and energetic construction helper for our client company in the Tampere area to perform various tasks on construction sites. The job involves assisting with site tasks depending on the project. Your duties may include carrying and hoisting materials, transferring materials, maintaining site cleanliness, clearing, and other general helper tasks on the construction site. The work is practical and physical, with days spent moving around as part of the construction team. It is suitable for someone who enjoys working with their hands and wants to learn about the construction industry practically. The work start date is flexible according to agreement. The working hours are generally from 7:00 to 15:30. The salary is based on the Construction Sector Collective Agreement (approximately €12.25-15.12/hour + bonuses). Requirements for employment: Valid safety card. Age of majority. Energetic and reliable work attitude. Willingness to perform physical work. Previous experience on construction sites is an advantage but not essential; a good attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
