We are looking for an experienced construction professional with also HVAC expertise to join our client company's team. An electrician with relevant experience may also be suitable for the role. To succeed in this role, the candidate should have: - Solid experience in construction and maintenance work - HVAC expertise (electrician skills are also considered an advantage) - Valid B driver's license - Own car is an advantage at the start of the job - Willingness to participate in on-call shifts - Good customer service and interaction skills - Reliable, proactive, and professional work attitude. The work involves diverse property maintenance and repair tasks. - Property maintenance and repair work - Small construction and renovation tasks - Troubleshooting and fixing faults - Working at customer sites. Experience in comprehensive apartment renovation projects is considered a significant advantage.
