Welcome to INTO SCHOOL - Finland's most inspiring daycare! We are now seeking an experienced early childhood education teacher who approaches their work with passion and warmth towards children for our cheerful and inspiring daycare in Lauttasaari. We hope applicants have at least 3 years of work experience, the ability to communicate fluently in Finnish, and an enthusiastic and creative approach to work. Our small daycare has three groups, and we provide early childhood education for children aged 1-6 based on our internationally award-winning pedagogy. We encourage children in storytelling, music-making, curiosity, and courage. We value children's creativity and self-confidence and encourage them to take care of themselves, others, and the environment. As part of our weekly program, we include environmental education through INTO Forest and disco Fridays. We also utilize Kide Science materials. Our pedagogical theme for the year is care and nurturing, with the primary goal of genuinely increasing children's participation. We offer our employees, in addition to the regular salary, a monthly personal well-being allowance that can be used for activities such as exercise, massage, or culture.
