Currently, we are especially hiring individuals with: - a basic qualification in education and guidance, social and health care, or a comparable relevant qualification, including or supplemented with extensive training in child care, education, and teaching - interest and skills in working with children with disabilities or in early childhood education - solid experience working with children and youth For the roles, we require: - ability to work in Finnish - an up-to-date criminal background check suitable for working with children - a respiratory health clearance related to tuberculosis for working with preschool children (infectious diseases law § 55) Additional appreciated qualities: - readiness for gig work, such as being able to start quickly, for example with one hour's notice, and availability to work on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm - gig work availability, especially on Mondays - in salaried positions, a committed, cooperative, and proactive attitude. In the education sector, wages range between: - Instructor, school: €13.66-€14.38/hour (€2226.75-€2343.95/month) - Special education assistant: €14.83-€15.61/hour (€2417.02-€2544.23/month) In early childhood education roles, wages range between: - Daycare instructor: €13.37-€14.08/hour (€2179.52-€2294.23/month) - Early childhood educator: €14.33-€15.49/hour (€2336.12-€2525.53/month) - Early childhood teacher: €17.30-€18.70/hour (€2820.23-€3048.90/month) - Social pedagogue in early childhood education: €16.03-€17.33/hour (€2613.40-€2825.30/month) - Special education teacher in early childhood education: €18.11-€19.58/hour (€2952.07-€3191.43/month) We also pay salary supplements in accordance with Vuokra-TES.
