We are seeking a fixed-term construction architect to be responsible for preparing major construction projects related to the development of the city's service network. In this position, you will influence the city's service network, built environment, and the quality of investments for the long term. The development of the service network in the city center of Orimattila requires the preparation of several project plans and coordination of construction project planning. As a construction architect, you will oversee project and building design progress in collaboration with planning consultants, city departments, and facilities staff. You will ensure that design solutions are functional, cost-effective, architecturally high-quality, and compliant with current regulations and zoning plans.
