Primary location: KOTKA Seeking for a fixed-term summer employment part-time (30 hours/week) WAITER/WAITRESS, AMARILLO, VENN & LAS PALMAS KOTKA Amarillo, VENN, and Las Palmas form a unique restaurant complex where atmosphere, good food, and excellent service meet. You will work in a diverse environment where each evening is different and the work is ordinary. You play a crucial role in creating memorable evenings and relaxed dining experiences for customers. You will ensure fast service and cleanliness of the premises, both inside the restaurant and on our sunny outdoor terrace. We expect applicants to: 💡 Have a good customer service attitude and a cheerful and energetic approach to work for the enjoyment of customers and colleagues. 💡 Have good stress tolerance and flexibility. This means staying calm during busy times and maintaining a positive attitude when tasks change quickly and unexpectedly. 💡 Be capable of physically demanding work. Workdays mainly involve standing, with thousands of steps daily, and include heavy lifting despite ergonomic measures. 💡 Experience in the industry is an advantage but not essential, as most tasks can be taught. Hygiene and alcohol service licenses are considered an advantage. Due to the nature of the work and shifts, applicants must be of legal age. The working language is Finnish. Other language skills are an advantage. Additionally, we require readiness to work both weekdays and weekends during all restaurant opening hours, including night shifts.
