Software Engineer – IFS Presales Support Services - IFS - Remote - Global

The Software Engineer (SE) role is intended for engineers building intelligent, AI-enabled solutions within IFS, supporting internal platforms and evolving technical capabilities. As an SE, you will execute on well-defined technical tasks, contribute to AI-integrated systems under the guidance of senior engineers, and grow your understanding of scalable, reliable, and responsible AI-driven solution design. Responsibilities include developing internal tools using React, Node.js, and TypeScript, maintaining SQL for backend workflows, supporting cloud integrations with Azure or AWS, building and consuming REST APIs, assisting in implementing AI-powered features like LLM-backed assistants, automation, and natural-language interactions, and supporting IFS configurations and solutions for presales environments. You will also maintain code quality, participate in code reviews, collaborate with team members, and follow best practices. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 1-3 years of experience, knowledge of React, Node.js, SQL, cloud platforms, and interest or exposure to AI/LLMs. Preferred skills include familiarity with IFS Cloud, ERP systems, CI/CD, and AI governance.
