Norlandia Isopakari offers personalized housing services for the elderly and solutions to support daily activities and functional capacity. In our communal service neighborhood, we live by our motto - A good life every day! As a caregiver, you enable a dignified and personalized daily life for our elderly residents. You take care of basic needs, assist with meals, dressing, mobility, and medication management in a non-urgent manner. In addition to caregiving, you will have the opportunity to develop the unique concept and neighborhood activities together with early childhood education. You will be an important part of an enthusiastic and multidisciplinary team! Willingness to warmly engage with the elderly, their relatives, colleagues, and the entire neighborhood team. Energetic attitude and desire to work with the elderly. Qualification as a practical nurse or registered nurse (or nearing completion of studies). Valid medication rights. Vaccination protection according to Section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act. Hygiene passport. Fluent Finnish language skills. The selected person will be asked to present a valid criminal record extract before starting employment. The criminal record extract must be presented at the latest within the trial period if working at least 3 months full-time. Enthusiasm for ideating and organizing various activities together with the elderly and children. Comfort working in an environment where daily visits from the dogs of the in-house dog daycare occur.
