Lead with a customer‑first mindset in our Iittala Outlet Pirkkala store. Represent iconic products and help customers find items that suit them. In addition to sales, you’ll collaborate with your team to display products, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure the store aligns with the concept. This is a permanent position with an average of 25 hours per week. Work is arranged flexibly within store opening hours, including evenings and weekends. The Iittala stores follow Fiskars Finland Oy Ab’s office staff collective agreement, so pay is governed by the applicable collective agreement. Applicants must be of legal age. We expect you to want to deliver successful sales with your team, bring a cheerful, energetic customer service attitude, handle pressure in a fast‑paced, changing environment, take initiative, and have a sense of responsibility. Experience in visual merchandising is preferred, and you must be able to serve customers in English.
