Cook, Jokiniemen School - Vantti - Vantaa, Finland

We are looking for a passionate and skilled cook to join the kitchen team at Jokiniemen School. In this role, you will influence daily operations and the dining experience – the meals you prepare are an important part of the school day for hundreds of students and staff. The work includes assignments at Jokiniemen School as well as other locations, providing a varied and diverse work environment. As a cook, you will be responsible for economical and responsible food preparation, accommodating special diets, and participating in dishwashing and self-monitoring. You will actively participate in ordering supplies, develop recipes, and be involved in customer service situations in the school’s daily life. We require you to have a professional cook qualification and a valid hygiene passport. Previous experience in similar roles and preparing special diets is valuable to us. Success in this role requires good Finnish language skills, both spoken and written. We welcome individuals with a developmental, flexible, and active attitude towards their work and work environment. We value good interaction, cooperation, and customer service skills, as well as familiarity with the Aromi system.
