The role focuses on reducing churn and increasing free-to-paid conversions through strategy, automation, and measurement. Responsibilities include managing churn & retention, analyzing drivers of subscriber plateau, designing lifecycle flows, building cohort analysis, managing trial and conversion processes, setting email & CRM strategies, and reporting KPIs. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, with experience in subscription or freemium models, and hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Customer.io, Braze, or HubSpot. Salary is $135,000 - $170,000 annually.
