Safari guide for the winter season 2026–2027, Rovaniemi Would you like to go to Lapland to fulfill tourists' biggest dreams? Our client company offers unforgettable experiences in the magical landscapes of Lapland. The company organizes diverse safaris and trips during the winter season, where visitors can experience reindeer, huskies, the Northern Lights, and Arctic nature safely and with professional guides. We are now looking for three safari guides for Rovaniemi for the winter season 2026–2027. The job includes guiding reindeer, husky, and Northern Lights safaris, as well as acting as a hike guide. As a guide, you will ensure customer safety, lead activities, share information about Lapland and its culture, and create memorable experiences for international visitors. Available employment contracts: - 2 guides from 2.11.2026 to 28.2.2027 - 1 guide from 1.12.2026 to 31.3.2027 - Working hours 90–120 hours / 3 weeks - Work includes varying hours, including evenings and weekends depending on the season Requirements: - Good customer service attitude - Fluent English skills - Spanish or French language skills are a significant advantage - Energetic and proactive work approach - Ability to entertain customers and tell stories - B-driver's license and winter driving experience - Understanding of safety issues and working in winter conditions - Previous experience as a guide in Lapland is a strong advantage We offer: - Fixed-term employment during the Lapland winter season - Hours 90–120 hours / 3 weeks depending on season needs - Compensation according to the tourism sector collective agreement (approximately €12–14/hour depending on experience) - Orientation to the role and working environment - International and experiential work environment in Lapland - Assistance with finding accommodation Are you ready to seize this opportunity?
