The Detox and Rehabilitation Unit in Pori is a facility operated by the Satakunta Wellbeing Services County, providing both detoxification and 24-hour substance abuse rehabilitation. Detoxification is short-term acute care aimed at breaking the substance abuse cycle, stabilizing the patient's physical and mental condition, planning further treatment, and guiding the patient to it. Detox is accessed via a doctor's referral, with a blood alcohol content below 1.5. Drug withdrawal is conducted as planned without a doctor's referral. The rehabilitation unit offers continued rehabilitation once the substance abuse cycle is broken. Rehabilitation is planned individually and typically lasts 1-3 months. Day rehabilitation is also available, where the patient participates during the day and spends evenings and nights at home. The unit operates on a three-shift schedule. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the unit's operations, personnel supervision, and development activities in collaboration with other addiction services management. We expect from you: a relevant higher education degree in social or health care, experience in addiction services and supervisory work, good interaction and collaboration skills, a development-oriented and customer-focused approach.
