Job Description
Reporting to the Global Director of Professional Services, you'll ensure partners are technically capable, commercially engaged, and growing their impact with Supermetrics. You will own onboarding for new partners in North America, guide them on use cases, build success plans, monitor engagement, and surface feedback to product teams. Responsibilities include running onboarding sessions, monitoring portfolio health, and using AI tools for analysis and enablement. The role requires 3–6 years in partner success or technical account management in SaaS, fluency in data pipelines, APIs, and data warehouse architecture, experience with partner tooling like PartnerStack or Crossbeam, and familiarity with MarTech/AdTech SaaS. We offer a fully remote position with a target annual earnings of $90K–$120K USD, plus benefits like health coverage, PTO, 401k, options, and stipends.
