You will teach and guide learners on campus, online, and in other learning environments. You will help learners towards employment and further studies. You will have the opportunity to utilize your professional skills and to plan and develop training to better meet the needs of working life and learners. In addition to teaching Finnish, your tasks include personalizing studies to suit the learner's needs. You will also monitor the progress of studies. Your work includes guiding work-based learning, assessing skills, and collaborating with the workplace. You will use diverse and varied teaching methods and environments. You are the person we are looking for if you have a higher university degree, have completed at least Finnish language coursework, and possess pedagogical qualifications. We require experience in teaching Finnish to adult immigrants in training programs lasting at least one year (12 months of work). The learner is the most important to you. You believe in the learner's will and ability to grow and develop.
