We are looking for production workers for our client in Hyvinkää in the construction materials industry. Production work requires precision and self-directed teamwork. Your main tasks include raw material handling, operating production equipment, quality control, packaging, and ERP documentation. The work is performed on weekdays in two or three shifts, 40 hours per week. The employment begins in early June and continues until the end of September, possibly longer. As a production worker, you will be employed through a temporary agency, with Adecco as your employer. Your salary is determined according to the construction materials industry collective agreement. To succeed in this role, you should have good physical condition and communicate fluently in Finnish. Experience in manufacturing and construction, as well as other physical work, provides a good foundation. Skills in forklift operation, a safety card, and first aid skills are advantageous. You will receive comprehensive orientation, but a positive attitude, initiative, thoroughness, and willingness to learn are most important. The position requires you to be at least 18 years old.
