We are seeking TIG and MIG welders for several of our clients in the Kanta-Häme region – both those at the beginning of their careers and experienced professionals who can read and interpret customer drawings. Job description: The work involves TIG and MIG welding of various steel structures. Daily tasks focus on material thicknesses of 3–10 millimeters, with most work done on black steel, which accounts for about 95 percent of all materials handled, but also includes a small amount of special alloys, which add variety and sometimes require a slightly different approach. We expect from you: TIG and MIG welding skills, Ability to read and interpret work drawings, Precision and careful work attitude, Teamwork skills and initiative, Valid occupational safety card and hot work permit, Ability to work in shifts, Own car for commuting to the workplace. Advantages: Welding certifications. Salary is based on skills and experience, ranging between €15 and €19 per hour. The employment initially is a fixed-term full-time contract, with the possibility of direct employment with our client afterwards.
