We are currently seeking a part-time social worker for Rehabilitation Home Harmonia in Kemi! Working with mental health and substance abuse rehabilitees involves genuine interaction, daily support, and walking alongside others. What can you expect? The position is part-time and fixed-term, with a minimum of 50% work hours. The work involves 2-shift rotation. In your role, you will work with mental health and substance abuse rehabilitees. You will collaborate with skilled and experienced colleagues. Harmonia is our clients' home, where staff work with a rehabilitative approach. We lead an active daily life and implement group activities daily. The role is diverse and includes assisting and guiding clients in all daily tasks. Harmonia is a community-based housing unit with a total of 15 client places. Staff are present daily between 8 am and 8 pm. You can read more about working at Humana here. What do we expect from you?
