As a sales assistant, you play a crucial role in creating the shopping experience for customers—you might be the only contact they have in the store. Your tasks include cashier duties, unloading deliveries, and shelf stocking. Additionally, you will advise and serve customers, leaving a positive impression that encourages them to choose this store repeatedly. You will work at various S-Group stores in Jämsä and surrounding areas, gaining experience in dynamic environments and meeting new colleagues. As an S-Group sales assistant, you are responsible for ensuring smooth service and checkout experiences, understanding the qualities of a good customer service professional, and developing your customer service skills for the future. The position is on-call as needed, with hours depending on store requirements. Shifts are often scheduled with short notice, sometimes on the same day. The job suits someone who can plan their schedule flexibly and accept different shifts. It is shift work during all store opening hours. The salary is based on the retail sector collective agreement, ranging from €12.81 to €14.57 per hour, depending on experience and education. The employment contract is between the employee and StaffPoint.
