Your tasks At the Liedon department, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Patients are transferred to the department from specialized care and emergency services with a doctor's referral. You will mainly care for elderly patients, but also working-age patients with varying care needs. Our department has many palliative care patients, postoperative patients, stroke rehabilitation patients, and other somatic patients. You will have the opportunity to utilize your nursing skills broadly and monitor patients' condition changes closely. You will perform important nursing work as part of a wonderful and skilled work community, supported by experienced colleagues. Work in the hospital department is mainly three-shift work. What we expect from you The qualification requirement is a license as a registered nurse according to the Act on Healthcare Professionals (559/1994). We hope you have a proactive work attitude and good cooperation skills to ensure smooth daily operations in the department with colleagues. Experience in similar work is considered an advantage and will help you get started quickly. The job also requires a development- and growth-oriented mindset, as the daily work of nursing is actively developed. Good proficiency in Finnish is also required.
