Tavana provides social and health services including supported housing and personal assistance for people with mental health issues and disabilities. We are seeking a Care Supervisor to lead day activities, develop operations, and organize daily routines at our units in Salo and Sauvo. The role involves guiding day-to-day activities, improving services, and coordinating work in a community-oriented environment. The position is full-time, based in Salo, with responsibilities including managing activities, developing services, and organizing daily routines. The candidate should have a social services or health care qualification, experience in communication methods, and familiarity with supported housing and group activities. The role offers a salary based on the collective agreement, with a base of €2723.92–€2969.00/month plus task-specific pay. The work is on-site, with no remote options. The candidate must speak Finnish and have relevant qualifications.
