Join the growing Soluta Care team in Pirkanmaa. We are looking for caring, dedicated, and passionate child home care assistants for temporary home care for families with children. This is a gig-based position in the Orivesi/Ruovesi area. Work primarily takes place in the child's familiar and safe home environment. Our task is to provide personalized and heartfelt childcare of high quality. We are looking for someone who loves working with children and is ready to offer the best possible help and support with a caring and passionate attitude. Our work emphasizes respectful, quality, and unhurried approaches. As a childcare assistant, you will support the family according to their wishes and needs, assisting with daily routines. The work may also include light household tasks. The position is gig-based, but our goal is to assign a permanent caregiver to each child.
