Job Description
We are looking for a new customer service advisor to join our team. The customer service advisor works in customer service tasks within the Kotihampaan customer service team via phone and email. The advisor also responds to various incoming feedback and inquiries, and promotes Kotihampaan services. The position is based at Kotihampaan headquarters in Haga, Helsinki. There is also an option for remote work. The customer service advisor's role is to answer incoming calls (inbound), inquiries, and customer feedback for Kotihampa. The work is primarily advisory customer service. The advisor also contacts new and existing customers by phone, letter, or email. Our office environment is tidy, and the advisor has their own workstation. Working hours are fairly regular, between 8 am and 4 pm. The work can be busy at times. The role requires a sales-oriented attitude, independence, accuracy, and good judgment. Good communication and negotiation skills are needed in customer-oriented service work. The customer service advisor must have a desire to find solutions to customer needs. Customer-oriented service work requires good interpersonal skills, openness, and negotiation skills. Educational requirement: Dental health care professional, e.g., dental nurse/hygienist. Language skills required in Finnish, Swedish, and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. The work of a customer service advisor is independent and requires stress tolerance. It involves personal judgment and responsibility.
