Job Description
We are looking for a PMO Support professional with strong financial skills and excellent Excel capabilities to assist with project coordination, reporting, and data management. Key Responsibilities include supporting PMO with financial tracking, reporting, and documentation, consolidating and managing project data using advanced Excel tools (including macros), preparing clear updates and communications for stakeholders, following up on tasks proactively, and working effectively with teams across European time zones. Requirements include a strong financial or accounting background, advanced Excel skills (automation, macros, data consolidation), excellent communication skills, a proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset, reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
