As a Project Manager, you will independently handle demanding structural design and project management tasks with support from our staff. As an experienced designer, you will lead your work and the project team strongly, and your systematic approach will help keep the project on track. The design projects are diverse: from industrial and commercial buildings to schools, daycares, and possibly other project types. You will also participate in project bidding and contract activities. We can tailor your final role based on your experience and interests. The designated location for this position is Pori, and we offer partial remote work options. To succeed in this role, you need strong professional skills, curiosity, precision, and a desire to demonstrate your expertise and develop. We hope you will be confident in showcasing your skills, have good communication skills, and work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude. We value initiative, a positive attitude towards work, and a service- and development-minded approach. You are committed to the project and eager to learn about our clients and their ways of working. You can solve complex design and construction phase challenges together with the project organization. You are educated as a construction engineer or a Master of Science in Engineering. We expect at least eight years of experience in structural design tasks (especially steel and concrete) and previous project management experience. We also value FISE certifications and/or the prerequisites for applying for them. Proficiency in Finnish, both spoken and written, is required, and we are also interested in your ability to work in English in an international market.
