Restaurant Server - Halo Igloos Resort - Rovaniemi, Finland

Halo Igloos is a premium resort in Rovaniemi, combining modern Nordic design, private wellness (sauna & jacuzzi) and authentic Arctic nature. We create high-end, immersive experiences for international guests looking to connect with Lapland in a unique and meaningful way. We are now looking for service-minded Restaurant Servers to join our team for the winter season 20262027. As a Restaurant Server at Halo Igloos, you are part of delivering a high-quality dining experience for our guests. - Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team in daily operations - Provide warm, attentive and professional service - Contribute to a restaurant focused on Scandinavian and international cuisine - Be part of a team where service is a key element of the overall guest experience Breakfast is always served as a buffet, while dinner is offered either as a buffet or à la carte depending on the concept. What You Will Do - Serve guests during breakfast and dinner services - Ensure a smooth and high-quality dining experience - Set up and maintain the restaurant area - Present menus, take orders and deliver food and beverages - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant - Respond to guest requests in a professional and friendly manner - Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service What We Expect - Previous experience in restaurant service or customer service - Strong service mindset and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus) - Positive, professional and team-oriented attitude - Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays What We Offer - Salary starting from 14,00-15,00€/hour + supplements (based on experience) - Flexible employment (full-time, part-time or seasonal) - Opportunity to work in a premium international resort - Supportive and ambitious team - Assistance with accommodation - Training and onboarding Working Period Winter season 20262027 (approximately NovemberMarch/April), with the possibility to start earlier.
